Bill is a CIAS Certified Investment Agent Specialist, CDPE Certified Distress Property Expert and a CRS Certified Real Residential Specialist.

I want to save home owners who are behind on their mortgage, no longer have the income to get caught up and will be facing foreclosure. I will try to get in the hole with them and help them out of it. I never ever charge them anything for the help; if they have a hardship and lack of income I have a group of attorney’s that will assist them with their options at no cost.

I show people how to build wealth and income through buying fixing and selling real estate and buying holding and leasing real estate.

Bill is an active member of Eden Prairie Noon Rotary in Eden Prairie, MN. In the things I think, say, or do will meet this Rotary Four Way Test!

Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOOD WILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

The Dobbins Group Philosophy

“We put the client ahead of ourselves, and if we do our job properly, we are servants to the client and we help to make their housing dreams come true!”

I put other people first and always do what is in a client’s best interest!

I turn my life and my will over the care of God and follow where that leads.

School Story:

I was quiet and shy in High School. The US Navy cured me of that. I remember pitching penny’s in the halls and the one that had the leaner got the whole pile. That is how I made my living in school gambling.

I spent most of my time with guys in the class ahead of us or that went to Roosevelt and Washburn. They were a wild bunch.

One of my favorite teachers was Mr. Johnson in Math. He called me the rabbit chaser and said I was off chasing rabbits while I was in class. He was right.

Mr. Jacobs in metal shop class. The class would make plates of aluminum and we would recycle the scrap putting it into a molten pot of aluminum. It had to be dried off with now water on it from cooling. One day one of the kids cooled it off did not dry and put in the molten pot. The molten aluminum built to a BIG BUBBLE and then burst spreading aluminum throughout the shop. Lucky no one was seriously hurt.

I think the class that I used later in life the most was the typing class. The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. I guess had every letter we needed was in that phrase. I can still type on a computer without looking at the keys.

After 64 years living in Minnesota our move is complete to Denton, Texas 40 miles south of Oklahoma near Interstate 35E. There are more than 6 very large reservoirs within 30 mikes that are world trophy Largemouth Bass reservoirs with record busting fish. Lots of water to cover with The Grandkids!

I love to fish (I was fishing in my mind and not chasing rabbits like Mr. Johnson thought) and I caught and released this Largemouth Bass that was one inch smaller than the state record. It was 8 pounds 1 oz and 22 1/2 inches long.
